"This Code Has Already Been Scanned": What It Means on a Finolex Box

3. Photograph everything — the carton, the label, the code, the verification screen showing the scan history, and the invoice. This is what makes a complaint actionable.
4. Check every other carton in the delivery. Cloned codes are printed in quantity, so a second and third will usually show the same pattern.
