Is there a Finolex dealer in Mangaluru?
There are sellers in Mangaluru who stock Finolex, and some of them are authorised. Careful — many firms will claim to be Finolex dealers

Some buy from whoever offered the best price that week. Some are moving repacked cartons. The board outside tells you nothing about which.
There is one defence and it is absolute: scan every single QR code on every single coil — the outer code on the carton and the inner code inside it — and confirm 100% original material before you pay. Not the top box. Not a sample. Every coil, both codes, about twenty seconds each.

Both codes matter, and the reason is specific: a genuine carton can be emptied and refilled with duplicate wire. In that case the outer code still verifies perfectly and only the inner code fails. Scanning the outer code alone is an incomplete check, and the people who refill cartons are counting on you stopping there.

Is it worth ordering from Bengaluru at all?
Sometimes, and sometimes not. At roughly 350 km, freight is a real number and copper is heavy. On a full house of wiring or a project bill of quantities, the distributor rate generally absorbs it comfortably. On three or four coils it usually does not, and we will tell you so rather than take the order.
Whatever you decide, apply the price test. Genuine branded wire runs on a 3 to 5 per cent dealer margin, because most of a coil's cost is the copper inside it and copper has a market price every honest seller pays. So a local quote 15 or 20 per cent below the market is not a bargain — the gap is funded from inside the coil, by copper shortfall, a short coil, or a counterfeit.
